Buyer Cancellation

• Allowed: You can cancel an order before the Merchant has started preparing it.
• Not Allowed: Once the Merchant begins preparation or the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

Non-Refundable Scenarios No refund will be issued for:

• Change of Mind: Canceling after preparation has started.
• Address Errors: Delivery failure due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
• Unavailability: If you are not present at the location to receive the delivery.
• Buyer Damage: If items are damaged or spoilt by you after delivery.

Disputes

• Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our support team.
