Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Order Not Delivered: The order failed to arrive within the expected timeframe.
  • Damaged/Poor Condition: Items arrived damaged, defective, or in poor condition.
  • Wrong Items: You received items different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: Specific items from your order were not delivered.
  • Quality Issues: Delivered items did not meet advertised quality standards. 

Refund Process

Reporting Time: You must report issues to customer support within:

  • With in 30 Min for Food items.
  • 2 hours for all other categories (Grocery, Pharma, etc.).

Verification: All claims are subject to verification by our team.

Credit Method: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment mode or your platform wallet.

Timeline: Processing typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
