General Usage

• Acceptance: By downloading, installing, or using the "FOOD IN TIME SERVICES" platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and other policies. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the app.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. Minors must have a parent or guardian agree to these terms.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely liable for all actions performed under your account.

Services & Roles

• Intermediary Role: "FOOD IN TIME SERVICES" acts merely as an intermediary platform connecting Buyers with Merchants (Restaurants, Grocery, Pharma, E-commerce) and Pick-up/Delivery Partners (PDPs).

• Merchant Responsibility: All commercial terms (price, tax, shipping costs, warranties) are determined solely by the Merchant. We do not control or advise on these terms.

• Delivery Partners: PDPs are independent contractors, not employees. The contract for delivery is strictly between the Buyer/Merchant and the PDP.

Prohibited Activities

• You must not use the platform for unlawful activities, commercial resale, or to harm others.

• You must not upload viruses, scrape data, or infringe on intellectual property rights. • You must not engage in "spamming," "phishing," or impersonating other users.

Liability & Disclaimers

• "As Is" Basis: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy or reliability.

• Third-Party Liability: We are not liable for the quality of products, delivery delays, or the conduct of Merchants and PDPs.

• Geographic Limits: Services are available only in specific delivery zones. Accessing the platform outside these zones is at your own risk.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. • Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Palwancha (Mandal) / Bhadradri Kothagudem (District).
